1. Presentation meetings

After the project is finished, the project manager should hold a presentation meeting involving all the relevant persons, including team members, relevant departments, supervisors and/or partners. The meeting is to present the outcomes of this project, to boost team morale, as well as to gather feedbacks and make improvements for the next project.

This is not a formal meeting, so the project manager doesn’t have to prepare a nice PPT. Just gathe all the team members and ask them to talk about the tasks they are in charge of by turns. In the presentation, questions and advices can be talked about. The project manager should record it and then convert it to stories later.

2. Summary meetings

After the presentation meeting, summary meeting should also be held within the team. People attend this meeting are mainly team members. The focus of the meeting is to summarize the strengths and weakness, which should be recorded as a document. At the meeting, problems to be solved in next sprints should be defined.
