The workshop will cover Scrum fundamentals, such as the 3-5-3 structure, and see how ZenTao, a Scrum tool, will assist your team in implementing Scrum.

Scrum is an agile development, delivery, and maintenance system for product development. Scrum practice involves three roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master and the Team. It is implemented via five events: Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Doing Scrum generates three artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Increment.
