The workshop will cover Scrum fundamentals, such as the 3-5-3 structure, and see how ZenTao, a Scrum tool, will assist your team in implementing Scrum.

Scrum is an agile development, delivery, and maintenance system for product development. Scrum practice involves three roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master and the Team. It is implemented via five events: Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Doing Scrum generates three artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Increment.

Over the last decade, project management has become extremely sophisticated, which is why a plethora of new project management software are released almost every month. However, when it comes to offshoring app development teams, the market is more focused on agile and proprietary technologies rather than general-purpose tools. One of the primary benefits of agile tools is that they allow project managers to make data-driven predictions about project ROI, costs, and team or person results. Agile methodology divides large-scale projects (known as epics) into smaller parts with brief running times (known as sprints) and a specific position for each participant. Risks are unavoidable in the design and construction environment, but agile project management tools virtually eradicate problems and provide protections for high-quality deliverables.
