1. Navigating to the Resource Calendar After Installing the Plugin

The Resource Calendar plugin can be accessed from two different locations:

System-wide: Navigate to System > Resource Calendar.
Project-specific: Go to the desired project and select Resource Calendar."

2. Assigning permissions to access the Resource Calendar

Go to Admin > User > Privilege.
Select the desired privilege group.
Click the Lock icon to edit privileges.
Select the System section and locate the Resource Calendar settings.

3. Features Overview

Time-based workload analysis: Set a specific timeframe and view team member's workload by department, role, project team, or individual.

Individual workload analysis: Click on a specific team member to view their detailed workload, including uncompleted (Wait) and completed (Done) tasks.

Click the Plus icon to expand a project and view its tasks. Click on a task to access its detail page. From there, you can edit the task or assign it to a different team member.
Load stimulation: It allows users to assess the impact of changes in project timelines on team workload, enabling them to make informed decisions about resource allocation and project deadlines. When on the uncompleted state (Wait), click the "Simulate Workload" button in the upper right corner, then you can adjust the duration of pending tasks and view the corresponding changes in workload in real-time.
