Gantt chart of Waterfall projects

The tasks/stages can be dragged and dropped to set their scheduled time.
The sequence of tasks can be adjusted.
The labor hours information of each task is newly added to Gantt chart.
Display settings are newly added.
The Gantt chart can be shown according to assignees.
The edit permission (privilege) is newly added in the backend.
The color of Gantt chart is optimized.
