ZenTao plug-in

The Zen Tao HR Calendar plugin helps project managers view consumed work hours, unfinished workloads, parallel workloads, and load rates from different dimensions. Additionally, in the organizational dimension, the pending status feature implements simulated load, helping managers gain detailed insights into team members' workload, thus facilitating better project human resource scheduling. Version 1.4 introduces a new project resource calendar feature.

1.  Resource Calendar Viewing Location
After installing the plugin, you can view it on the organization's resource calendar page, as well as under specific projects to view the project resource calendar.

2 Permission Configuration
You can go to the backend:  Personnel →  Permissions →  Resource Calendar to assign permissions for the resource calendar.

3 Feature Overview
The main features are divided into two parts: Resource Calendar and Simulated Load. The Resource Calendar is further divided into the Resource Calendar page and the Personal Resource Calendar page. Both of these pages include two states: wait and done.

Personal Resource Calendar Page
By clicking on a username, you can enter the Personal Resource Calendar page. Under a project, it displays the tasks of that project, and for other entries, it shows the corresponding sub-items. By expanding each category, you can view the specific sub-item's current phase, estimated remaining work hours, deadline, and corresponding work hour details

Simulated Load Function
The Simulated Load feature mainly simulates adjustments to the duration of pending work, allowing you to view the load changes in real-time. In the wait status, you can click the "Simulate Load" button in the upper right corner of the Resource Calendar page to enter the Simulated Load page.
