System

In "Admin" - "System", you can operate Data, Security, Cron, Timezone and Full Text Search of Zen Tao.

1. Data

1.1  Data Backup

Click "System" - "Start Backup" to back up the data in ZenTao. You can also set Crontab to execute in "System" - "Cron", please refer to the following 3. Cron.

Click "Settings", the administrator needs to create a file in the ZenTao directory for subsequent operations.

After the file is created, refresh the page to enter the settings page.

1.2  Recycle

In order to ensure the integrity of the system, all deletions in ZenTao system are marked deletions. Therefore, under "System" - "Data", the deleted objects can be found. You can also restore or hide objects that have been deleted.

2. Security

In "Admin" - "Security", password security and weak passwords can be set.

In "Admin" - "Security" - "Weak Password Scan", the information of weak password users will be listed.

3. Cron

ZenTao has built-in timed tasks, including regular sending of letters, etc.

Scheduled tasks can also be added.

4. Timezone

In "Admin" - "System" - "Timezone", you can set the display time zone in ZenTao system. The default is Beijing time.

5. Full Text Search

If you create an object, such as a requirement, a bug, or a use case, but the object cannot be searched through the full-text search function in ZenTao, you can try to rebuild the index.

In the "Admin" - "System" - "Full Text Search" - "Rebuild Index", the rebuild index function is provided.
