Customize

Under "Admin" - "Custom", there are many settings that can be made.

1. Set the project budget unit: Under "Custom" - "Project", you can set the unit of project budget. The default budget units in ZenTao system are RMB and USD.

2. Modify a closed product.

3. Modify a closed execution.

4. Customize R&D requirements: Under "Custom" - "Story", customize the fields related to requirements.

5. Task: Under "Custom" - "Task", customize the fields related to the task.

6. BUG: Under "Custom" - "Bug", customize the fields related to bugs.

7. Case: Under "Custom" - "Case", customize the fields related to the use case.

8. Version: Under "Custom" - "Build", customize the fields related to the version.

9. Todo: Under "Custom" - "Todo", customize the fields related to Todo.

10. User: Under "Custom" - "User", customize the fields related to user. You can also customize the user's contact information and list the deleted users.

11. Required Field: Under "Custom" - "Required Field", you can set the required field on the main pages of ZenTao.

12. Blocks: Closed blocks will be displayed here.

13. Flow: Under "Custom" - "Concept", you can set the concepts and flow suitable for your team. Your choices will be reflected in the ZenTao function.

14. Points: The points function in ZenTao is to promote user activity. After enabling the points function, you can check the points rules in "My" - "Points" - "Points Rules".

15. Mode: Mode is used to set the interface and management of ZenTao.

• Keep the old version mode: previous version of ZenTao 12.5.3.

• New Project Management Mode: the interactive interface and function of Program Management ZenTao 15.

   Note:

   You can change the mode only once.
