The privilege system of ZenTao Max is adjusted as follows:

1. Program access control for top-level programs and sub-programs

 Access control for top-level programs

• Private (accessible to project portfolio holders and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
• Default(user who can visit the program can access it)

 Access control for sub programs

• Private (accessible to this program set leader and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
• Default (user who can visit the program can access it)
• Open within the program (accessible to all higher-level program directors and affiliates, as well as to this program director and affiliates)

2. Project access control, and ACT for independent projects and projects within a program

Independent project for privileges

• Inherit (system privilege and project privilege)
• Reset (project privilege only)

For access control

• Private (accessible to this program set leader and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
• Default (user who can visit the program can access it)

3.  Product ACT

• Default  (you can access with product view permission) → Public (Stakeholders of the respective program, team members and stakeholders of the associated project can access)
• Private products (only product-related leaders and iteration team members can access) → Private (Stakeholders of the respective program, team members and stakeholders of the associated project can access)
• Custom whitelist (team members and whitelist members can access) → Access whitelist

4. Sprint ACT

• Default settings (you can access with iterative view permissions) → inherit project access permissions (you can access the current project when you can access it)
• Private iteration (only members of the iteration team can access) → Private (accessible to team members, project leaders, and stakeholders)
• Custom whitelist (team members and whitelist members can access) → access whitelist

5. Whitelist

Adjusted the group whitelist to a whitelist, and directly set specific users.

6. Privilege group for project administrators

Added a privilege group for project administrators, and the person in charge of the project automatically has project administrator privileges.
