In ZenTao, it is logic delete, which means the data is not directly deleted from the database, but labeled as deleted in the database. All the labeled as deleted data is in the recycle. If a file is deleted accidentally, the administrator can recover it.

Besides, you can also hide the deleted data. Click the Hidden button and you will see all the hidden deleted data.
